Our first and greatest commitment was to set up a research laboratory with the latest technology and the collaboration of engineers with extensive experience in research in the cosmetic-tricologic field;

Procosme collaborates with leading producers of raw materials in Europe and USA; it contributes by testing new discoveries and in its laboratories performs all the tests needed to identify the most appropriate scope;

All formulated products are created and tested in the laboratory to be presented to customers and can also be developed at the request of the individual customer, with a guarantee of exclusivity for market launching and eventual access to or use of the formulation.

The collaboration with a team of highly experienced researchers allows our laboratory to make any cosmetic required, to analyse products already on the market, to test raw materials for new and innovative formula trends;

The cutting edge equipment at our disposal allows us to:

• perform chemical and physical checks
• certify each batch of production
• test all raw materials purchased
• perform compatibility testing on our customers packaging.

In addition, our staff is kept constantly updated to ensure for our customers continuous adjustment to the Italian and foreign legislative documentation, with particular attention to banned substances and preparation of data sheets on products and raw materials contained in them. We draw up the relative P.I.F. (Product Information File), moreover, since November 2013, we are Certified UNI EN ISO 22716:2007.

An area of 600m² with a controlled climate, here, in the production departments, is the transformation of raw materials into finished products. Our department has a turbo emulsifier and mixers with capacities ranging from 30lt to 8000lt, with daily capacity of 20000 liters of various products; there is also a department for the preparation of alcohol-licensed UTF computerized vacuum and turbo emulsifier for the production of Skin Care products.

The packaging departments are equipped to meet any required quantity.

Some figures: an area of 1400m ² with a controlled climate, fillers of various capacities from 5ml to 10lt for liquids, gels, pastes, creams, semi-dense, spirits; Automatic production lines for ecological varnishes, lacquers and mousse gas with a capacity of 3000 pieces / hour; Line waxes, pastes and gums with cooling chamber, capacity 10000 pcs / day. Welding system 6-burning capabilities 40,000 pieces / day. Tube filling a 300m l 10m l capacity 30000 pcs / day.

An area of 1600m² divided into sections dedicated to the customer, total capacity 1000 pallets, pallet movements per year for 30000. All items, our customers and ours, are codified and traceable through a precise computerized procedure that allows us to know the inventory in real time.
